1. Orders & Payment

All pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Production time may vary depending on availability and current projects.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change depending on your/if special request.

2. Delivery & Production Time

Each piece is crafted with care, and if your size is not available for immediate delivery, production may take 3–5 weeks.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. RAIÁ is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

4. Jewellery Care

To preserve the quality of your RAIÁ piece, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Natural variations in gemstones and textures are part of the handmade process and should be embraced as part of the jewellery’s uniqueness.

5. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties, except for processing your order.
